    I ordered food as I always do from Pizza Hut . This is my first time ordering from this branch . The food arrived freezing cold , I ordered a simple pizza on thin crust , the pizza was hard and harder to bite. They said they would collect the pizza and bring me another it has been hours and they are not answering the phone . What a way to ruin my Christmas Eve for me and my small children

    This place is normally okay, my go to for takeout but recently it’s got worse and worse. Not only have they changed the handcrafted cheesy garlic strips without saying so on the menu making them disgusting and % smaller all the food took forever to deliver came stone cold and covered in grease. I won’t be reordering from here again would not recommend anymore.

    Ordered for delivery (hut is approx ten mins away max).Took over an hour to be delivered and was marked as delivered even though it took another ten minutes to arrive.Call to see where it was up to after it was marked as delivered ‘oh they wil do that if they are close by’ I asked why when it hadn’t been delivered, the answer was ‘they just do’. They tried to call the driver but didn’t come back to me so hung up.Pizza was freezing, soggy and disappointing. Weirdly the dips were warm.Loaded pepperoni one slice of pepperoni per slice. Not exactly loadedWill not be ordering again.

    The customer service is /. The man that delivered my food was very polite, as was the person on the phone.The food is average . The pizza was fresh but bland. Cheese had zero taste! All them chemicals in the cheese for it to taste of nothing lol. Also pepperoni per slice isn't a pepperoni feast or what is advertised online.Cheesy Garlic bread wasn't very Cheesey the wedges were alright.Pizza Hut is a huge global chain, they should invest is fresh ingredients or at least better quality mass produced ingredients.Overall I wouldn't order food from here again but the staff are very pleasant.
